Sales Representatives Quiz Solution and Knowledge Bot

Problem Statement
Large Pharma Manufacturer needed a Generative AI-powered solution to improve knowledge retention and performance among Sales Representatives. The challenge was to automate quiz generation from multiple files such as published papers, sales presentations, and training documents. The tool enables practice and exam modes, and provide instant Q&A support through a chatbot. This product should ensure multilingual support (Japanese and English) and deployed within their AWS ecosystem.

My contribution
Managed the engagement to design and deliver a Generative AI MVP for Large Pharma Manufacturer, overseeing solution architecture, development, and deployment. Led cross-functional teams to build modules for quiz generation, practice mode, and a Q&A chatbot, AWS, and LangChain. Ensured seamless integration of React-based UI with FastAPI backend, implemented performance dashboards, and coordinated UAT and handover activities.

Solution
Designed and delivered a Generative AI solution, integrating multiple modules:
1. Quiz & Practice Module: AI-generated questions from PDFs, trainer validation workflows, and performance dashboards with 7 key metrics.
2. Q&A Chatbot: Chatbot built for instant answers, feedback collection, and chat history.
3. Knowledge Coacher: Topic-based Q&A retrieval from a curated question bank.

Implemented a scalable architecture using AWS services (EKS for container orchestration, Lambda for workflows, Bedrock for LLM access), FastAPI backend, and React frontend. Leveraged LangChain for LLM orchestration and Mlflow for GenAI evaluation metrics. Coordinated UAT, deployment support, and handover.

Impact
The solution streamlined training for 40+ Sales Representatives, reducing manual effort for trainers and enabling real-time performance tracking. It enhanced knowledge accessibility through multilingual Q&A and improved engagement via interactive practice modules.
